Gorgeous back yard! Leave your worries behind at our beautiful, newly remodeled Nedonna Beach House. Hakuna Matata, as we affectionately refer to her, has been updated. Enjoy all modern conveniences. The main living area of the home is on the second floor. The large kitchen will awaken your inner chef with Cambria solid surface counters, Stainless Steel appliances, Kuerig Coffee maker, Kitchen Aid mixer, etc. There is plenty of room around the dining table for all of your friends and family. The Kitchen, Dining, and Great Room feature laminate flooring throughout. Our center piece Red Leather couch is also a very comfortable King hide a bed (it is where we prefer to sleep). The upstairs Bedroom has a Queen Bed with a brand new Simmons mattress/boxspring with an adjacent bath. The Bath has a tiled walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The downstairs has a very large bedroom with sitting area. It also has a King bed with new mattress. The other bedroom downstairs is smaller with a twin size bed perfect for the little ones. We also have a laundry room on the lower level. The rear deck area is perfect for bbqing and relaxing. The rear yard features beautiful native landscaping. We are just across the street from the beach front homes in Nedonna Beach. We are 100 steps to a 7 mile stretch of beach that goes from the Nehalem Jetty to the Barview Jetty. We often walk into Rockaway Beach for lunch. Nedonna is a hidden gem just North of Rockaway. We were instantly draw to the open space and room in between the homes there. There is a fishing pond for the kids and lots of trails and pathways to explore. We are very close to Garibaldi where you can Charter a deep sea fishing trip and to Wheeler and some amazing antiques stores. We love how close we are to more populated areas but are still able to find the seclusion we value when we escape to the beach.
