A: Tax rates are determined by the location of the home. All homes are subject to stateroom tax, and most incur city or county room taxes as well.

A: Key access is provided through a lock box at the home. You'll receive the lockbox location and code 24 hours before your stay.
A: We provide all linens, towels, basic kitchen essentials, and coffee filters. Additionally, we supply an initial stock of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and dish soap. While this is often sufficient, we recommend bringing extra supplies for larger groups or stays longer than three nights. Please note that we do not provide any food items, including spices, except for salt and pepper.
