The Space Easy access via the electronic smart lock on all doors. The top floor has the master bedroom with a cozy king bed and large full ensuite bathroom with a large closet to hang and store your personal items. The top floor also has the kitchen, dining area, living room with a fireplace, tv, and half bathroom. There is a door that leads out to the garage with a ping pong table, cruiser bikes, helmets, fishing poles, and beach accessories. Take the stairs down to the other living space which has the shuffle board, large smart tv, Wii U, board games, and books. Attached to this space are two bedrooms, each has a comfortable queen bed, closet, noise machine, usb charging, and dresser for storage. There’s a full bathroom with a bath tub and a laundry room with a high capacity washer and dryer. Relax and unwind in the various outdoor spaces. Enjoy your morning coffee on the upstairs balcony and move downstairs around the gas fireplace in the evening. Don't forget to enjoy the hot tub, which is ideal for two people. The kitchen is fully stocked to meet your cooking and dining needs. Feel free to cook up your catch of the day on the BBQ, right out the kitchen door, or boil your crabs in a large outdoor cook pot.
