How do I make a reservation?

A: You can conveniently reserve a home through our online reservation system or by calling us at 971-257-8493. Please note that we require a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) to secure your reservation.

Why does the tax rate vary between homes?

A: Tax rates are determined by the location of the home. All homes are subject to stateroom tax, and most incur city or county room taxes as well.

Can I pay with a check or cash?

A: For security reasons, we accept payment exclusively by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).

Where can I obtain the keys?

A: Key access is provided through a lock box at the home. You'll receive the lockbox location and code 24 hours before your stay.

What is provided in the home?

A: We provide all linens, towels, basic kitchen essentials, and coffee filters. Additionally, we supply an initial stock of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and dish soap. While this is often sufficient, we recommend bringing extra supplies for larger groups or stays longer than three nights. Please note that we do not provide any food items, including spices, except for salt and pepper.

Promotions / Return Guests

A: Yes. We occasionally offer specials during the off-season, for select dates, and for returning guests. Availability and discounts vary by property, season, and demand.

Why do prices change by date?

Our nightly rates adjust based on season, demand, local events, and length of stay. The most accurate rate is shown once dates are selected.

What if something goes wrong during my stay?

A: For medical or fire emergencies, please call 911. For home-related emergencies (e.g., cable/internet outage, hot tub issues, housekeeping), call our 24-hour answering service at 971-257-8493.

Where should we park?

Each home has specific parking instructions due to city/county ordinances. Please adhere to these guidelines.

What fees are included in my total?

Your total includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, applicable local and state taxes, and any required property fees. A full breakdown is shown before booking.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in after 4:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise noted.

Early / Late Check-out

Subject to availability and cleaning schedules.
