As a Beach Break owner, you'll have access to an online owner portal where you can view your home's reservations and easily make reservations for yourself or your guests. You can also contact our team by phone or text to make a reservation.
We offer a full cleaning service or an owner-cleaning option. The full cleaning is billed to your owner's statement at 50% less than the guest rate. If you choose to clean your home yourself, a reduced fee applies. Our staff will inspect, touch up, and restock supplies to ensure your home meets our standards.
We are a full-service vacation rental management company. Our team manages all aspects of your vacation rental property, from housekeeping and maintenance to marketing and guest preparation. We also collect and distribute all applicable taxes for you, including city, county, and state taxes.
Homeowners are paid monthly by the 15th for the previous month's rental revenue. You will receive a statement in your owner portal outlining the rental revenue minus deductions for your service fee and any maintenance service charges. A year-end statement will also be posted in your owner portal, and a 1099 will be mailed for tax purposes.
