This is a NO PET PROPERTY. Comfortable home with 2 sofa's in the living room, one of which is a sofa bed. Several other chairs here offer plenty of seating for all to enjoy the views of the surf! One of the 4 bedrooms (all with queen size beds) is located on lower level where the one full bath resides. The other 1/2 bath is upstairs. Several areas in the home can be used for small work stations including the bar area in the diningroom. Small deck in front that faces ocean has a picnic table. Owner has flag pole and flag located in buffet in ding room, she encourages folks to fly the flag! Large garage holds two vehicles with one small one fitting side ways in front of garage, please do not block the very narrow gravel road here. The property is now NO PETS ALLOWED!
