POLICIES

Beach-Break Vacation Rentals Policies: 

  •     No Smoking in any of the homes
  •     Pets allowed in select homes with applicable charges
  •     Remove shoes in home
  •     Wash & dry all linens used during stay (leave folded on top of dryer)
  •     Wash all dishes and put away
  •     Turn off all electrical/lighting. Turn down heat to 55 degrees
  •     Lock all doors and windows and hot tub
  •     Return keys to lockbox
   

 When Reserving a home, we ask for a 1 night deposit, 2 nights for a stay of 4 nights or more. Balance due 30 days prior to stay. You must cancel at least 60 days prior to your stay with a $50.00 cancel fee. If you cancel after the 60 days and we are able to re-book the home for the same amount of nights and the same rate per night, we will refund all but the $50.00 cancel fee. We have a security deposit on all of our homes as well. In most cases this amount is $300.00.

Because of the local residents as well as the other guests in the area, please be courteous to your neighbors. Keep noise level down and activities indoors after 10 p.m. In the event there were ever any excessive noise or disruptive behavior, you will be asked to leave the premises without refund. Please obey parking restrictions and if asked, return the short term rental visitor registration form to City Hall. If you have more vehicles coming than what is allowed, please call us immediately and we will help  find accommodations.

Please treat homes with the utmost respect during your stay. If you notice anything not working, out of order or broken, please contact our office ASAP! Please follow proper procedures during your stay and at time of departure. If you do not, it’s possible you could lose your security deposit. You will be asked to sign a confirmation stating that you understand all of the above. Thanks in advance!
